Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of People and Culture to join our team at Seekhr. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a people strategy that drives business growth and success
  • Lead and manage a high-performing people team
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies
  • Design and deliver learning and development initiatives to enhance skills across the organization
  • Advise on organizational design and structure to support business growth
  • Lead on complex employee relations cases and provide coaching and guidance to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing people teams in a fast-growth organization
  • Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and employee relations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience working in a FinTech or scaling business environment
