Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People and Culture to join our team at Seekhr. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals.

About the Role

The Head of People and Culture will be responsible for leading and coaching a high-performing people team, driving relationships and key initiatives across the business, and keeping a keen eye out for areas of development and improvement across the team and business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Coach the People Team: Act as a coach and consultant to develop and promote a comprehensive people strategy, driving relationships and key initiatives across the business.
  • Employee Relations: Lead on complex employee relations cases, providing expert stakeholder engagement and advice on organisational design based on growth and intentions.
  • Learning and Development: Create and deliver learning and development initiatives to enhance skills across the organisation, collaborating with wider teams to design, develop, and drive talent management strategies.
  • Senior Leadership Support: Support and coach senior leadership team members on all people-related matters, advising and proactively anticipating their needs.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience leading and coaching high-performing people teams, with a background in fast-growth start-ups and experience working in partnerships and experience spaces.
  • Expertise: Expert stakeholder engagement, complex ER cases experience (UK and International), and a genuine care for working with employees, offering empathy and building trust quickly throughout your area of responsibility.
