Job Title: Head of People

London Film Academy (LFA) is seeking a visionary and experienced Head of People to lead our HR provision and translate our vision and values into a strategy and embedded culture.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in film education and contribute to creating a supportive and thriving work environment for our team. As Head of People, you will be responsible for the full cycle of HR management, including strategic leadership, talent acquisition and development, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive people and performance excellence
  • Lead on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
  • Manage employee education, experience, and engagement
  • Develop and execute people-related processes and policies
  • Collaborate with leaders and team members to improve working relationships and build morale
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 7 Qualified or equivalent experience
  • Educated to degree level in human resources management, psychology, or a business-related subject or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership HR and/or People and Culture role
  • Excellent knowledge of HR strategy, best practice, employment laws and regulations, and accepted professional standards
