About the Role

The Head of People and Culture will play a pivotal role in driving the organization towards its vision and future goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Advice: Provide high-level strategic HR advice, evidenced by specific examples of successful interventions.
  • Cultural and Organizational Change: Successfully lead and facilitate major change programmes, including cultural transformation, that support the organization's growth and adaptability.
  • Workforce Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive workforce strategies, showcasing deep professional knowledge and relevant experience.
  • Inclusive Environments: Engage, inspire, and communicate effectively, demonstrated by past successes in fostering inclusive environments.
  • HR Best Practices: Apply current HR practices to drive organizational success, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.
About You

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • CIPD Qualification: Must hold a relevant CIPD qualification, demonstrating a solid HR management and strategic leadership foundation.
  • Senior-Level Experience: Proven experience in senior-level strategic people management, with a track record of leading and implementing cultural and organizational change.
  • Expertise in Workforce Strategies: Deep professional knowledge and relevant experience in crafting and implementing comprehensive workforce strategies.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to engage, inspire, and communicate effectively, demonstrated by past successes in fostering inclusive environments.
  • Strong Influencing Skills: Proven ability to diplomatically influence and negotiate with key stakeholders, with examples of successful outcomes in complex situations.
