About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Lead to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales and revenue growth across our various brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital trading strategy to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of trading managers to achieve commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital trading initiatives
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Frasers Group remains competitive in the market

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving digital sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
