Director of Distribution Partnerships

Earn an estimated £80,000 - £120,000 per annum as a senior professional in the Distribution Team at Demica Limited. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in maintaining relationships with current and prospective investors who can support working capital financing transactions on the Demica platform.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing the distribution process for selected transactions, determining potential lenders, conducting lender outreach to solicit proposals, and recording progress in Salesforce or other CRM systems. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with corporate clients and/or lenders in sales and risk approval processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the distribution process for selected transactions with high autonomy
- Proactively develop Demica's lender relationships through regular calls with current and prospective lenders
- Maintain a deep understanding of lenders in the market and their appetite for transactions, recorded in internal databases and shared internally as relevant
- Support the Structuring and Origination teams with clear oral and written opinions on Distribution matters, joining Origination calls when required
- 8+ years of professional experience in banking or fintech environments in Sales or Risk Distribution with receivables finance experience
- Experience presenting to and interacting with corporate clients and/or lenders in sales and risk approval processes
- Strong understanding of the working capital/receivables finance market and lender types
- Ability to work with high autonomy and prioritise efforts and tasks efficiently
