Job Title: Sales Consultant - Luxury Home Furnishings

Job Summary:

Designer Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in the luxury home furnishings industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and interior design elements for our clients in a high-end showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets assigned by the Store Manager
  • Maximize conversion rates and manage quotations for customers
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Manage each visitor through the application of brand sales ceremonies
  • Communicate brand values, qualities, and advantages of the product
  • Utilize sales tools (material samples, configurator, dedicated brochure, catalogue) to close sales
  • Cross-sell and upsell company products
  • Respect visual merchandising standards through direct and continuous interventions
  • Provide after-sales support for customers
  • Participate in training activities and on-the-job training

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a store environment
  • Good experience in the Furniture sector
  • Ability to use and promote sales tools to support sales
  • Excellent sensitivity in understanding and managing consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team spirit
  • Ability to analyze sales results
