We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Designer Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and interior design elements for our luxury home furnishings showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets assigned by the Store Manager
- Maximize conversion rates
- Manage quotations for customers
- Establish relationships with customers
- Fuel future visits
- Manage each visitor through the application of brand sales ceremonies
- Welcome and understand customers' needs to ensure a unique customer experience
- Communicate brand values, qualities, and advantages of the product
- Use sales tools (material samples, configurator, dedicated brochure, catalogue)
- Closing the sale of a product
- Cross-selling / upselling of company products
- Respect visual merchandising standards through direct and continuous interventions
- Manage after-sales support for customers
- Participate proactively in training activities and on-the-job training
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in stores
- Good experience in the Furniture sector
- Ability to use and promote sales tools to support sales (e.g., creation of renderings)
- Excellent sensitivity in understanding and managing consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team spirit
- Ability to analyze sales results
