The Opportunity

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our vibrant team, covering Stoke and Cheshire. This permanent role offers a unique chance to cultivate lasting relationships with customers, expand our market presence, and drive meaningful change within our company dedicated to sustainability and reducing environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with customers to understand their needs, offering tailored product solutions and quotes.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive our expansion across the industry.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth order processes, delivering timely and top-quality service to our clients.

Requirements:

  • A champion of sustainability and carbon neutrality, driven to create a positive environmental impact in the ready-mix concrete industry.
  • A proactive individual who takes initiative, reaching out to clients and finding ways to strengthen those relationships.
  • An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
