About the Role

We are seeking experienced and skilled practitioners to join our residential team, providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the child's physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care
  • Engage in activities and therapies to promote the child's development and well-being
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of the child's progress and care
Requirements
  • Level 6 qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
