Deputy Service Manager

SeeAbility, a leading organisation in the field of disability and vision impairment, is seeking an exceptional Female Deputy Service Manager to join our team. Our organisation is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live independent lives.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a leadership role within our service. As a Female Deputy Service Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, including supervising staff and managing the rota.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Assist in the management of the service, including budgeting and financial planning
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £29,601 per annum, plus benefits. Additionally, you will receive £50 per sleep-in shift. This role offers a full-time, permanent contract with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis). You will be required to be part of the on-call rota.
Requirements
- A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
