Care Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to lead our care home, providing exceptional care for the elderly. As a Registered Nurse with management experience, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing clinical services, while developing your leadership and business skills.
This is an ideal opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in their career progression. As Deputy, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment for our residents and staff, and will be expected to motivate and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellence.
