Female Deputy Service Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Female Deputy Service Manager to join our team at SeeAbility. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our support services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day management of our services, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager in the management of our services, including staff supervision and support
- Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of our service users
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Participate in the development and implementation of new services and initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a support services setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
