Food Service Operations Manager

At Hireful, we are seeking a talented Chef Manager to lead our food service operations. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role, working Monday to Friday, with no late nights and all weekends off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement menu plans, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a similar role or as an executive chef.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards in the kitchen.
