Food Service Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, training staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. You will also be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,494 per annum, which includes free meals on duty, pension scheme, company sick pay scheme, recommend a friend scheme, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme for mental health and financial support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent craft skills, some bakery experience, and a proven track record of continually improving standards. They should also be passionate about food with a great eye for detail, have comprehensive understanding of managing allergens, and have the ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to required standards.
