Key Responsibilities
As a Deputy Service Manager, your daily tasks will include:
  • Assisting the Service Manager in ensuring high-quality support for individuals with disabilities.
  • Rota management, including creating and implementing rotas that meet the needs of our service users.
  • Staff supervision, including conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.
  • Training new team members on our policies and procedures.
  • Leading and supporting the team to complete support plans and risk assessments.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A valid full UK manual driving license.
  • Managerial experience, including rota management.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously in challenging situations.
