Senior Manager for Residential Care Services
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Director for Dispute Resolution Services to join our team as a Senior Manager for Residential Care Services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of our clients, resolving disputes, and ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the care and well-being of our clients
• Resolve disputes and ensure that they are resolved efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
• A valid full UK manual driving license is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

What We Offer
• Salary: £29,601 per annum, plus benefits and additional £50 per sleep-in shift
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis)
• Contract: Full-time, permanent
