**Job Description:** We are seeking a Patient Care Associate to join our team in Ashtead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with healthcare staff to ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • To work closely with healthcare staff to identify and meet the needs of patients.
  • To provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing clinical procedures.
  • To maintain accurate records and manage patient information.

**Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in stressful situations.
  • Flexible approach to duties and hours.
