About the Role

This Patient Care Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join our Outpatients Department team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating patient appointments and admissions
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Benefits include access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive induction program.
