We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Team Associate to join our team at Ashtead Hospital in South East England.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is essential for this role.
  • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service skills to provide exceptional care and support to patients and their loved ones.
  • A highly motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to adjust duties and hours according to the needs of the department and hospital.
