Care Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care to our customers in their own homes, supporting them with daily living tasks and promoting their independence.
Our competitive hourly rate of £13.10 on weekdays, £14.30 on weekends, and £26.20 on bank holidays reflects the value we place on our carers. Additionally, you will receive £11.44 per hour for traveling between customers and 34p per mile for mileage allowance.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week, including one early morning shift (7am start) and one late shift (10pm finish), alternating weekends. You will also need a Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle, which you must insure for business use.
