Job OverviewThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment as a Healthcare Assistant at Ashtead Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, working collaboratively with the Theatre Department team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Providing compassionate care to patients, focusing on their individual needs and well-being.
- Working effectively within the Theatre Department team to ensure smooth operation of services.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues promptly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- A flexible approach to your duties and hours, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
