About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Service Management Professional to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Deputy Manager for Supported Living Services, you will play a key role in ensuring that everyone receives high-quality support, both from the people we support and the team supporting them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rota management
- Staff supervisions
- Training new team members
- Leading and supporting the team to complete support plans and risk assessments
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A calm, caring, and resilient nature that helps you thrive in challenging situations
- A valid full UK manual driving license
- Managerial experience including rota management
- The ability to work collaboratively with the people we support, their families, and our specialist support teams as well as external agencies
Salary:
An estimated salary of £26,500 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
