Female Deputy Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing a team of staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services. You will also be involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £29,601 per annum, plus benefits, including additional compensation of £50 per sleep-in shift. The hours of work are 37.5 per week, on a shift rota basis, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. You will be required to participate in an on-call rota.
Requirements:
- A valid full UK manual driving license
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
