Senior Clinical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Deputy Manager at our care home for the elderly.
This is an ideal opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse with management experience to develop their leadership and business skills while working closely with the General Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services, and will be expected to motivate and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellence in care.
As a Deputy Manager, you will have the opportunity to enhance your professional skills and develop your career further, with many of our Managers taking advantage of our Leadership and Management programme to progress to Home or Hospital management roles.
