We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Ashtead Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team to deliver evidence-based care across the bariatric service. You will be responsible for providing training, advice, and guidance to colleagues on intraoperative care for bariatric patients.

You will also support the development of future business projects and growth of the service, working alongside the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To design and deliver comprehensive care pathways for bariatric patients.
  • To provide expert clinical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care and developing competency frameworks. You should have experience of nursing bariatric patients and a strong understanding of best practice.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a part-time position, with 25 days leave plus bank holidays, private pension, flexible shift patterns, and enhanced parental leave policies.
