Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Performance Director to join our team at Pandora A/S. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence across our store network.

Key responsibilities will include managing store operations, developing and implementing business strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction, and providing guidance and support to the in-store team. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to inform business decisions.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary of $130,000, plus a monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets are met, with a potential 20% bonus for exceeding stretch targets. Additional benefits include a generous annual jewellery uniform allowance, access to an online benefits platform, and free support for health and wellbeing, financial advice, and legal aid.

Previous experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing is desired, but not necessary. If you have a proven track record of success in sales and performance leadership, we encourage you to apply.
