Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Sales Trainee to join our well-established sales team in Manchester. As a Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business and develop towards targeting architects, building contractors, property developers, and house builders.
Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through effective communication and prompt response.
- Prepare and send quotes and sales information to customers as requested and agreed upon deadlines.
- Arrange samples for projects and maintain stocks and showroom facility where applicable.
- Provide administration support to the external sales team using our company project HUB.
- Be proactive in organising databases for mailshots and supporting company marketing activities.
- Meet Company expectations in relation to target income, company procedures, and KPIs to ensure progression up the sales ladder.
- Embrace training development on sales and product knowledge.
- A competitive base salary of £27,000 with an estimated OTE of around £30,000.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with years of service.
