We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Children's Residential Deputy Manager to join our team at Cpl UK - Healthcare. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting our staff team, while ensuring the highest standards of care for our young people.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with children and young people, as well as staff members. They will also have a strong commitment to upholding our company's values and promoting the welfare of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager in developing and implementing care plans for children and young people.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Engage in direct work with children and young people, building relationships and promoting their well-being.
  • Manage child protection concerns and complaints, in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our young people.
  • Offer supervision and support to senior staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care.

Salary: Up to £38,700 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications).

Working Hours (shift work): Long days, Early, Late shifts, and Sleeps.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be aged 21 or over.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
