Job Title: Nurturing Care Home Leader

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced children's services director to lead their newly established care home in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young people.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare management and excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for leading a team of staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality childcare services
  2. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  3. Monitoring and evaluating the quality of childcare services

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified in childcare management or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
