We are excited to present this opportunity for an experienced Education Support Team Lead to join our client's outstanding primary school in Hillingdon. As a seasoned professional, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this critical role, helping to shape the education landscape and empower students with special educational needs to reach their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective support plans, collaborating with teachers and therapists to ensure seamless integration of learning strategies, and contributing to the development of inclusive practices throughout the school.

This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary of approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus the opportunity to work with a talented and supportive Senior Leadership Team.
