Care Support Team Lead

We are seeking two proactive and compassionate individuals to take a lead in providing person-centered care and support to our service users. Our Harrow location offers a rich and culturally diverse environment, which we encourage you to embrace.

You will work closely with the Extra Care Registered Manager to ensure an empowering service that meets the needs of our clients and their families. This involves being flexible, energetic, and reliable, as well as willing to provide support with personal care and domestic tasks.

Additionally, you will help individuals access work, education, and social opportunities, valuing the personal skills and interests they bring to the role. These can include sports and outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, and cooking.

You will work on a roster basis, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. Previous experience working with vulnerable adults is essential, and full training will be provided.

The opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care is also available. As part of Creative Support Ltd, you will benefit from a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
