We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Cover Manager to join our team at Vision for Education - Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a local secondary school in Daventry, helping to create a positive and safe environment for students.
About the SchoolThe school we work with is rated 'good' by Ofsted and is committed to improving student outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing student behavior, and promoting student engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students
- Maintain a well-organized and respectful classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- A strong background in education or a related field
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
