**Inclusive Education Role in Alternative Provision**

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Alternative Provision setting as the SENCO, catering to students with SEMH needs. The provision offers independent alternative education, supporting 88 pupils across two sites in Romford and Basildon.

The successful candidate will lead and promote the curriculum for SEND pupils, working closely with the Head of Curriculum for SEND. This full-time, permanent role is perfect for an experienced SENCO looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development and implementation of the SEND curriculum
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure inclusive practices
  • Provide guidance and support to students with SEMH needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
