About the Position
">Vox Network Consultants seeks an Inclusive Education Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in promoting inclusion and improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Apply psychology to promote inclusion and improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.">
- Maintain a working knowledge of key strategies and values in Local Area and EPS, ensuring alignment with individual practice and performance.">
- Lead small projects or programs of work in EPS or educational settings, applying knowledge of psychological theories and practices.">
- Develop supervisory skills, facilitating change and recognizing its importance in local area leadership.">
- Collaborate with schools and professionals to plan and deliver intervention programs for children and young people with special educational needs.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Honours degree in Psychology and Professional EP qualification from a recognized training course.">
- Successful experience as an Educational Psychologist or trainee EP on placement in the public sector.">
- Skills in consultation models, psychological assessment, and planning/delivering intervention programs.">
- Knowledge of psychological theories and their application in education, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.">
Compensation and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
