Job Description:
VNA Education is a leading provider of educational services, and we are seeking an Inclusive Education Director to lead our SEND team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in managing teams.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to determine the strategic direction of our SEND policy and provision. Your expertise will ensure that we provide high-quality teaching and learning opportunities for all students, particularly those with SEND.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEND.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of our SEND provision, including coordinating with external agencies and parents.
- Provide professional guidance to colleagues and work closely with the Designated Teacher to support looked-after children with SEND.

Estimated Salary: £73,750 per annum.
