About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving school improvement, overseeing curriculum development, and leading on pastoral care and safeguarding. They will also be responsible for monitoring student data, supporting staff development, and promoting inclusive education practices.

  • Lead on the development and implementation of inclusive education initiatives to support best practice with vulnerable and complex groups.
  • Monitor and analyse student data to inform strategic decision-making and improve outcomes for all learners.
  • Support staff development through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience within inclusion or SEND, therapeutic, or outreach education. They must hold Qualified Teacher status (QTS) or equivalent and possess excellent data analysis and reporting skills. Experience of managing neurodiverse children with SEND, including ASC and/or SEMH, is essential.
