Job Description

The Workplace Inclusion Director will play a crucial role in implementing our new Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) service globally, ensuring smooth integration and high engagement across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a wellbeing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create a network of wellbeing champions in over 40 countries, equipping them with necessary tools, training, and resources to promote local wellbeing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with People teams, leadership, and local teams to curate a comprehensive annual calendar of wellbeing activities—workshops, awareness campaigns, and health initiatives tailored to the diverse needs of our workforce.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the new EAP through employee feedback and participation rates, using insights to continuously enhance wellbeing programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience leading global wellbeing initiatives or large-scale programs.
  2. Strong project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives across diverse regions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  4. Familiarity with Employee Assistance Programs and wellbeing tools and interventions.
  5. Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  6. Able to speak Spanish would be a bonus.

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum
