Inclusion Strategy Director

We are seeking an Inclusion Strategy Director to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an inclusion strategy that aligns with our company values.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing inclusion strategies, with a proven track record of driving cultural change and promoting diversity and inclusion. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of transition managers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an inclusion strategy
- Work closely with strategic business stakeholders and hybrid teams
- Manage a team of four to six Transition Managers
