School Overview:

This small, independent school specializes in providing schooling for children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are committed to providing a high-quality education and a safe, supportive environment for our students.

As the SEMH Inclusion Director, you will play a key role in leading our inclusion efforts, working closely with the Headteacher, Behaviour Lead, Speech & Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Child Therapists. You will also be responsible for reviewing EHCPs, updating the school's SEND record of need, and ensuring that there are appropriate records of all pupils' progress and needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEMH needs and behavioral difficulties. This is a full-time position, and the salary range is £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
