Inclusion Practitioner

We are looking for a highly skilled practitioner to join our team as an Inclusion Practitioner - SEMH. This role involves working closely with schools to develop and implement strategies to support students with SEMH needs.
Key responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments, developing individualised plans, and delivering targeted interventions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEMH and a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
This role offers a competitive salary range £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes travel allowance.
