The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of teaching and learning principles, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive positive change.

Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing effective strategies to improve teaching and learning, collaborating with teachers to enhance student outcomes, and developing and delivering professional development programs. You will also have access to ongoing mentoring and coaching to support your growth and development.

Salary: £42,500 - £61,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
