Tower Hamlets Behaviour Support Team seeks an experienced SEMH practitioner to join our highly regarded team of specialist teachers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with schools at all levels, providing support for the full range of SEMH needs, from whole-school policy development to individual diagnostic assessments.
This role includes supporting schools to improve their inclusive practice through various interventions and providing statutory core support for children with EHCPs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support schools in developing SEMH policies and practices
- Conduct diagnostic assessments for students with SEMH needs
- Collaborate with schools to enhance inclusive practices
- Proven experience working with schools across various settings
- Able to support diverse SEMH needs across the board
- Flexibility in working arrangements

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum
