Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Description

As an Inclusion Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the inclusion of all students. This involves working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to identify and address the diverse needs of students.

You will coordinate and lead interventions for students with additional needs, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership, is also a key aspect of this role.

Fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting respect and understanding among students and staff, is essential in this position.

You will provide training and guidance to staff on inclusive practices and differentiation techniques. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and school policies regarding inclusion and equality is also a critical responsibility.
