**The Role**

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Director Inclusion to join our St Pancras store team, driving commercial excellence and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Coaching and developing high-performing teams to achieve sales targets
  • Contributing to the development of inclusive policies and procedures
