Educational Support Lead: A Rewarding Career Opportunity

Location: South East London

Salary: £180-£200 per day

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Support Lead to join our team at a supportive school in South East London. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting students who require additional support due to ASD, ADD, or ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to support students with special needs
  • Work collaboratively with the school's SEN hub to provide high-quality educational support
  • Manage challenging behaviors and promote a positive classroom environment

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification and evidence of in-service training
  • Experience of teaching secondary age groups in a primary manner desirable
  • Understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
