We are seeking an exceptional Lead Educator to join our team at SEND Inclusion Support. As a Primary Teacher with expertise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly Autism, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored support strategies to address the social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs of primary-aged students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalised lesson plans to meet the unique needs of primary-aged students with SEND, predominantly Autism.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to contribute to the overall success of the school.
