About the Role

  • We seek a passionate and creative EYFS SEND Teacher to lead a small class of children with Autism, leveraging their expertise to make a profound difference in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • To adapt teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs.
  • To work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, parents, and external specialists to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

  • A strong knowledge of ASD and complex needs, with experience in adapting teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
  • Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and is passionate about making a tangible impact on the lives of children with SEND.
