About this Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Inclusion Manager to lead our SEND provision in a vibrant primary school. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving outcomes for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and a strong commitment to inclusive education.

As the Educational Inclusion Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to support students with SEND, working closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and qualified teacher to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of students. We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, a generous holiday allowance, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
