Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our SEND team as a Casework Assistant.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37 hours per week, with an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum based on location and experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate casework activities within established procedural and regulatory frameworks.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise allocated tasks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in database systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
About the Role

In this role, you will provide critical support to the SEND Team, ensuring efficient delivery of services in accordance with the Special Educational Needs Code of Practice 2015 and related legislation.

Your primary responsibility will be to prioritize statutory processes for vulnerable children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans, guaranteeing timely identification of appropriate provisions.
